Modified fiber balls

Product Overview:

This filter media utilizes advanced technology to alter the fiber's molecular structure, reorganizing it to create stable, new molecular groups. This results in an amphiphilic and amphiphobic characteristic: the fiber balls exhibit oil affinity and water repellency in a static (filtration) state, and water affinity and oil repellency in a dynamic (backwashing) state.

Product Details

This filter media utilizes advanced technology to alter the fiber's molecular structure, reorganizing it to create stable, new molecular groups. This results in an amphiphilic and amphiphobic characteristic: the fiber balls exhibit oil affinity and water repellency in a static (filtration) state, and water affinity and oil repellency in a dynamic (backwashing) state.

Advantages:
1. Retains all the advantages of the original fiber ball filter media: it is corrosion-resistant, acid-resistant, heat-resistant, and has strong adsorption capacity; at the same time, it exhibits excellent adsorption and desorption capabilities for oil.
2. The filter layer has a high porosity, strong adsorption and interception capabilities, and produces highly purified effluent. Backwashing regeneration is easy, and the unique fiber structure ensures that backwashing achieves a scrubbing effect, resulting in thorough cleaning and reduced water consumption.
3. Excellent filtration performance: influent water quality: oil content ≤ 20mg/L, SS ≤ 15mg/L; effluent water quality: oil content ≤ 1mg/L, SS ≤ 1mg/L; removal rate for particles with a diameter of 1 micrometer: ≥ 96%, OD removal rate > 60%.
