Our shell filter media is made from walnut shells. Thanks to their inherent hardness, ideal specific gravity, porosity, and multifaceted structure, combined with special physicochemical treatment to remove pigments, fats, oils, and charged particles, they exhibit excellent performance in water treatment, including strong oil removal capabilities, effective removal of solid particles, and ease of backwashing. This makes them widely applicable in oilfield oily wastewater treatment, industrial wastewater treatment, and municipal water treatment. They represent a new generation of filter media that significantly improves water quality while reducing water treatment costs.
Common specifications: 0.5-0.8mm, 0.8-1.2mm, 1.2-1.6mm, 1.6-2.0mm.
