Reverse Osmosis Antiscalant

Product Overview:

Key Features of Reverse Osmosis Antiscalants: Our reverse osmosis antiscalants and dispersants are highly effective in preventing scale formation in reverse osmosis (RO), nanofiltration (NF), and ultrafiltration (UF) systems. They enhance water production and improve water quality while reducing operating costs. Applications of Reverse Osmosis Antiscalants: * Effectively controls inorganic scale formation over a wide concentration range, with a maximum LSI value of 2.8 under non-acidic conditions. * Does not react with iron, aluminum oxides, or silicon compounds to form insoluble precipitates, making it particularly effective in controlling iron, aluminum, and heavy metal contaminants. Allows for iron concentrations up to 8.0 mg/L on the feed water side. * Effectively inhibits the polymerization and deposition of silica, allowing for silica concentrations up to 290 mg/L on the concentrate side. * Suitable for use with reverse osmosis CA and TFC membranes, nanofiltration membranes, and ultrafiltration membranes. * Excellent solubility and stability. * Effective in feed water with a pH range of 5-10.

Key features of our reverse osmosis antiscalant:
Reverse osmosis antiscalants and dispersants are highly effective agents designed to prevent scaling in reverse osmosis (RO), nanofiltration (NF), and ultrafiltration (UF) systems. They help maintain membrane performance, increase water production and quality, and reduce operating costs.

Applications of reverse osmosis antiscalants:
Effectively controls inorganic scaling over a wide concentration range, with a maximum LSI value of 2.8 under non-acidic conditions. It does not coagulate with iron, aluminum oxides, or silicon compounds to form insoluble substances. It is particularly effective in controlling iron, aluminum, and heavy metal contaminants, allowing iron concentrations on the influent side to reach up to 8.0 mg/L. It effectively inhibits the polymerization and deposition of silicon, allowing SiO2 concentrations on the concentrate side to reach up to 290 mg/L. It can be used with reverse osmosis CA and TFC membranes, nanofiltration membranes, and ultrafiltration membranes. It exhibits excellent solubility and stability, and is effective with feed water pH values ranging from 5 to 10.
