Composite carbon source

Product Overview:

High-efficiency composite carbon sources are a new type of carbon source product produced from various organic materials through fermentation and specialized enzymatic hydrolysis. These composite carbon sources are characterized by their low dosage, easy absorption and utilization by microorganisms, reduced organic sludge production, and enhanced sludge activity. They are essential carbon source products for the start-up and commissioning of wastewater biological treatment systems or for shortening recovery times. They are also the preferred carbon source for conventional denitrification and ammonia removal processes.

Key features of composite carbon sources:
High-efficiency composite carbon sources are a new type of carbon source product produced from various organic materials through fermentation and specialized enzymatic hydrolysis. These composite carbon sources are characterized by their low dosage requirements, ease of absorption and utilization by microorganisms, reduced organic sludge production, and enhanced sludge activity. They are essential carbon source products for the start-up and commissioning of wastewater biological treatment systems or for shortening recovery times. They are also the preferred carbon source for conventional denitrification and ammonia removal processes.

Technical applications of composite carbon sources:
This new composite carbon source can be used as a carbon source product for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants, enhancing sludge activity. It also serves as a carbon source product for improving TN (total nitrogen) and nitrate nitrogen levels. This product overcomes the drawbacks of traditional carbon source products, such as large dosage requirements, reduced solubility and crystallization in low-temperature water, low absorption rate, poor total nitrogen removal efficiency, and potential hazards and strong odors, making it less environmentally friendly. It is a broad-spectrum, highly efficient liquid product that is non-hazardous, non-corrosive, and does not crystallize at temperatures around zero degrees Celsius, making it convenient for transportation, storage, and use. The composite carbon source can accelerate the rapid recovery of the system as a carbon source product, and when combined with denitrifying bacteria, it can achieve rapid denitrification.

Advantages of composite carbon sources:

This product boasts rapid reaction, quick absorption, and freeze-free performance at sub-zero temperatures, making it particularly suitable for use in water treatment plants in northern China during winter. It demonstrates excellent performance in treating total nitrogen in wastewater from various industries, including municipal sewage, river remediation, textile dyeing and printing, food processing, aquaculture, slaughterhouses, electroplating, and chemical waste leachate. It is ideal for wastewater treatment plants that require low-intensity processes and short retention times for treating water with high total nitrogen levels.

Hybrid carbon source storage method:
During transportation, the microbial nutrient for water treatment should be covered to prevent exposure to rain. Store the product in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated area at a temperature below 25°C. The shelf life is 6 months.

Packaging options:
This product is available in 500 kg drums, IBC containers, liquid bags, or transported via tank trucks.
