Because some solids are difficult to dissolve in water, they exist in an emulsified state, forming an emulsion. This makes it difficult to separate the solid and water phases, resulting in a relatively stable oil-in-water or water-in-oil structure. The theoretical basis for this is the "double-layer" structure. In this case, certain chemicals are added to disrupt the stable double-layer structure and stabilize the emulsion, thereby achieving the goal of phase separation. These chemicals, used to break down the emulsification, are called demulsifiers.

Its extremely short demulsification time allows for demulsification and oil-water separation in as little as one minute, making it particularly suitable for projects requiring strict control of the reaction time between the demulsifier and wastewater. This product can be used at room temperature, making it ideal for oil-water separation in oily wastewater where heating is not possible. A special winter formula allows it to be used in temperatures as low as -30°C, effectively addressing the challenges of operating in cold environments during winter in northern regions.
