This product is primarily designed to enhance the denitrification performance of wastewater treatment systems. By increasing the density of specific bacterial strains, it improves the overall resilience of the biological modules, enabling more stable, efficient, and rapid conversion of total nitrogen (nitrate) into nitrogen gas, even under harsh conditions such as low temperatures, high salinity, and high toxicity. This ultimately achieves effective total nitrogen removal.

Our process utilizes a microbial fluidized bed filter, manipulating extreme environmental conditions as evolutionary selection parameters. This eliminates common bacterial strains and retains and cultivates specific, resilient strains, significantly enhancing the microbial community’s ability to adapt to adverse environments. Through low-temperature/micro-drying technology, the strains enter a dormant phase. Simultaneously, the addition of a complex blend of trace elements ensures that upon rehydration, the strains can rapidly reproduce at high densities, quickly achieving the desired treatment results.
Advantages of our total nitrogen removal agent:
No lengthy acclimation period is required; rapid activation occurs within 5 seconds, achieving the designed denitrification load. These strains have been selected for their resilience under extreme conditions, demonstrating good tolerance to temperature, salinity, and toxicity. The specific strains exhibit high respiration rates, leading to a slower sludge growth rate and reduced sludge production. For any unused product, dilute it with a large volume of water (at least 100 times) before pouring it into the drainage system to prevent water source contamination.
Packaging: This product is packaged in a double-layer, sealed container. The inner layer consists of a non-toxic polyethylene plastic bag, which is then placed inside a woven bag. Net weight per bag: 25KG.
